Expanded Scholarship Program for U.S. Diploma Graduates
Overview
Hudson Global Scholars (HGS) is pleased to announce a significant increase to its scholarshipawards with the addition of merit scholarships for high school diploma graduates of HGS networkschools.
Graduates who earn a grade point average (G.P.A.) of 3.7 or higher are eligible for a$10,000 scholarship to attend a participating U.S. university.
Scholarship Levels to Universities in the United StatesCurrently, every successful graduate with a 2.5 G.P.A. or better receives a scholarship of at least $1,500 to one of the Hudson Global Scholars participating universities in the U.S.
This processremains unchanged in accordance with the existing guarantee.
Beginning in October 2024, HGS will add a merit scholarship for diploma graduates with a G.P.A.of 3.7 and above.
These graduates will be eligible for a minimum award of $10,000 to attend one ofthe participating U.S. universities in Hudson’s University Admissions Guarantee.

Background
International high-school students (who qualify for F-1 status) are eligible to benefit from HudsonGlobal Scholars’ University Admissions Guarantee if they earn an American high school diploma from a Hudson Global Scholars’ network school (i.e., Columbia School, Providence Country Day School Global Campus, Catholic Virtual, Franklin School, Calvert Preparatory School).
This guarantee includes several benefits, including university advising services and—for successful graduates—guaranteed admission to at least one of Hudson's participating universities, plus scholarships of at least $1,500 to the universities in the United States.
In accordance with its mission of providing educational opportunities to students, Hudson Global Scholars has expanded its scholarship awards to assist graduates with the high cost of U.S. universities.
With the launch of the merit scholarship program, Hudson Global Scholars will enable more students to attend university in the United States, offering more significant scholarships to top students.
